8 years ago today it was the final pay per view in WCW history, and the birth of, probably, the shortest lived championship wrestling history, as Rey Mysterio Jr. and Billy Kidman battles Kid Romeo and Elix Skipper in the finals of the WCW Cruiserweight Tag Team Championship tournament.
